What a fantastic afternoon, we were allowed to sit outside in the fabulous beer garden with our dog. House sauvignon blanc was perfect. Menu was varied Lunch special $14.50 steak(250g) cooked to perfection, main menu,fish and chips (great portion) burger and pork bites. So reasonably priced and great staff!

my friends and I came in to get lunch and we were met by a rude and condescending old white lady who rudely demanded we supply id to eat here. Never been made to feel like this for trying to get lunch. Would not recommend this place at all. Teach your staff basic respect and hospitality

We got a handy car park on Stafford Street. The Restauant had a $10 lunch menu with a range of choices which we had seen advertised in the local paper. We walked through to the dining area with tables. There was also another room with pool tables and an outdoor area to sit in better weather. Efficient friendly service, and a nice polite check up after the meal was served. The beef open sandwich was tasty and well cooked but cooled quickly. The chicken burgers looked good and didn't fall apart while being eaten. Nice small amount of fries well cooked with dipping sauce. Cutlery and serviettes in a container on the table, and the menu propped in a heavyweight stand which was a clever creative form of advertising for a drink (see photo). Good value meal.

A very nice place to eat! Menu is small and uncluttered, which is generally a good sign and means the cooks know how to nail everything on it. Waiting time is a little long but I'm not the sort of person who cares, so long as the end product is good. I'm a big fan of the thursday night steaks, which are excellent. Staff seem friendly and pleasant, though this is a sports bar so it's just racing on the TV. Definitely worth visiting.
